With so many tasks, the day can easily pass without you feeling like you've accomplished anything you planned. 1️⃣ Separate daily tasks from administrative ones

One of the biggest reasons for wasting time is confusing daily operations with planning. Operations include tracking orders and responding to customers, while management includes store development and performance reviews. You need to allocate clear time for each type of task so that one doesn't overshadow the other.
